Shout out for Steve at SJS Sportscars

PostPost by: Evante » Fri Feb 02, 2024 3:29 pm

Hi All,

I just want to let you all know of a recent great service experience I had with Steve at SJS Sportscars in the UK.

I ordered a left hand door handle from SJS and they mistakenly send me a door handle for the right side. I called Steve and he asked me for pictures of the door handle. The very next day, sent me the correct handle with an apology and said I could just keep the first handle on him.

He took responsibility graciously and showed great service!

Another vote of thanks to Steve.

I ordered some parts yesterday around about 1200, the parts arrived this morning just after 0800 from Devon to N. Lincolnshire.
The only criticism I have is with their courier who started texting his anticipated delivery time a little too early in the day for my wife's liking!

Cheers,
Steve

Yep, whenever I've used the company they have been excellent, very good at getting the parts out and keeping you informed where they are.

I also give a thumbs up to SJSportscars. I have always had great service from them, and when orders were not correct, they have always put them right.

Same here, ordered some 5 speed gearbox parts last Monday using the new excellent parts diagram on there site. Hour or two later Steve rang to say they didn't new parts (not really surprisingly) but had some second hand ones. It would just take up to 10 days as they'd have to strip them out of a box. Parts arrived last Thursday.
