Suspension Reassembly

PostPost by: KevJ+2 » Mon Apr 14, 2014 5:51 pm

Hello All,
Having got my new (lotus) chassis from Spyder and fitted now with brake & fuel lines (handbrake cable next)
I wonder if I can get any tips on reassembly of the suspension, front & rear. I have decided to fit rotoflexes and although I have read lots about their bolting up, it's the sequence of total assembly that I need.
I am fitting TT front damper/coils so no springs flying into my head worries!
Rather than use the 'assembly is a reverse of the above' approach, are there good step by step systems to use?
Off to see Susan Miller tomorrow for parts and looking forward to seeing her for the first time in about 22 years!!
Thanks to all in advance.
Kev.

please do not fit the rotoflex before all the suspension has been assembled and the body is in place.
You need the weight of the body and the car standing on it's wheels to assemble rotoflexs with driveshafts as horizontal as possible
