Anybody got a scan of a 1970 S4 service voucher booklet?

Thanks!

Can we have a pdf posted up here?
I have never even seen one!

And is there a scan of any form of Owners Manual that was supplied with the car?

Or even the assembly instructions for an Elan kit?

I've got a couple of S4 and Sprint handbooks in the post - happy to sell or swap the doubles, but I don't know if they're originals or reprints.

Assembly instructions for an Elan...that would be interesting and I'm guessing unintentionally amusing.

I'll put a copy of mine up on Tuesday, if nobody else has done by then. I've been decended upon by a bunch of Aussies who were a bit grumpy about it being wet at Glastonbury this year and are determined to make amends by trying every ale brewed in Britain instead. I just can't let them take on this challenge alone.

Normal service will be resumed when I can see again.....

I thought they supplied "disassembly instructions" which you reversed as they were not allowed to give build instructions

Here are the main bits of the service voucher book. The vouchers repeat as follows:

Free After Sales Service
3000 A
6000 B
9000 A
12000 C
And the ABAC repeat every 12000 miles.

The last voucher is for a C Service at 60000 miles, so presumable after that Lotus expected the car to be fully rebuilt to start again, or scrapped!

Here are the first pages, including the stub for the free service.

Here are the three types of Service Voucher, front and back, and the last page recording the details of the owner and car. The back cover is just white.

Here is the last page of mine ('69 S4), where an early (perhaps the original) owner has kindly written in some prices for the services. About $12/hour. Such a rip-off! ;-)

My recently acquired S4FHC came with a service book- makes interesting reading:

Car registered 1969
First service: book stamped at Jos Randles, Lotus dealer, Stoke. No date or mileage.
6k service: 6492 miles 10/5/72 (my 21st birthday and the date of registration of my Sprint!).
9k service: 9227 28/6/72
12k service: 12605 12/9/72
15k service:15382 11/12/72

No further stamps; that looks like a rather unusual pattern of usage; hardly anything for a couple of years followed by a period of heavy usage then who knows what until 1992 MoT when it had done 42699. Currently showing 59k on the clock, the same as in 2005.
