And, has anyone looked at the 175,000 + mile Europa on eBay? What is this you guys, a stone age shift linkaged Lotus has all but out done our beloved Elan? Thank You hatman, you're #1.

Well, 1964 S1, flattering though it is to be considered No 1 in anything - and thank you for your generosity of spirit - my 180K miler is barely run in and the Europa you refer to has, figuratively speaking, just been round the block compared to Brian Buckland's 600,000 mile S3 (see the thread reviewing his book). Now that's what I call a used car!
