Rebuild sequence

Sounds great, all we need now are some pictures! You’ve overtaken me, but I agree about leaving the doors off until the end especially if space around the car is in any way restricted. I’m struggling with my rev counter and electronic ignition, I’ve got the interface box but struggling to get the instrument to indicate the correct revs, so that is holding up the final dashboard fit and then the trimming.
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine!

I used a Powerspark module kit, leads and hi-power coil. For the rev counter I used a Spiyda module, it replaces the upper Pcb in the rev counter, you calibrate it using a WAV file from their website, a super product, it's been recommended on here and some of the classic Ford forums. It has two inputs one for standard coil, one for hi-power coil and can also use alternator sensing for non distributor engines. So ideal to rebuild a RV1 rev counter if you are using a Zetec or Duratec. Photo enclosed of set up, using bench Psu and laptop running the WAV file

Also my Plus 2 at present state of rebuild
