Plus 2 in Monty Python?

So tonight Mrs. Veg and I were watching the Personal Best of Monty Python's Flying Circus DVDs and I spotted what looks like a green Plus 2 on the menu screen of one of the discs, hanging out with a couple of the Killer Cars. Gave the Killer Cars a quick look on YouTube and didn't see it there...wonder where it came from, or the significance?
