I know this is a lot to ask. Could someone with a boot flooring trace each half on piece of paper fold them up and mail them to me? Nothing perfect. Just a good starting point for me to make templates. I have the drawings from 2008 thread but do not have the wherewithal to blow up and transfer. Thanks in advance. I will be more than happy to compensate you for your efforts.
Please pm me for address.
Mike

if you have the wood and a pencil and a ruler you should be able to get close enough as you have the drawings............. :wink:

Mike,
It is not too difficult to make your own templates from cardboard, gradually cutting it down to fit.
That is what I did on my Series 3.

That's what I did with reasonable results for +2, CAD is great....

May still have the cardboard kicking around but isn't going to fold up to ship and probably don't have paper big enough to trace it.

Big paper is easy to get, just go down to your nearest Kinko's and ask for a few feet of the wide-roll stuff from their big printer/plotter. That's what I did when I needed to make a template of my former Esprit's windscreen so that I could have somebody make a nice custom sunshade for it.

For this job, since the floor is two pieces and neither is very big, I suspect that a couple of newspaper sheets or large sketchbook pages might suffice.

Got a lot going right now with moving to a new house, but I'll see if I can help with this. Stand by...

Hi Mike;

Has anyone gotten back to you yet? I have a set of panels from my +2 and could tape some newspapers together and cut out a template for you if no one else has stepped up. Let me know, Thanks Allan

It's pretty easy to set it out onto the ply using the dimensions off the drawing which was doing the rounds - worked for me fine.

I used 3/8" WBP ply instead of 6mm to make it a bit more robust.
