Coming together nicely got rid of mechanical brake light switch and fitted hydraulic switch made new closing plate for column just need to fit grommet,trial fitted carbs to check clearance for filters

I am sure that you have them, as I notice that in the trial fit of the carbs, the metal spacer that has the ?O? rings each side are not shown in the photo.

Yes; good call, Trevor. Those will set your carbs back another 3/8" aprox and change your airbox or filter clearance.
