+2 Workshop Manual has found a new home

Edit : No longer available.
Everyone needs one of these and I don't need two. That's just greedy.

Someone new to this crazy game especially needs one. It's a bit oily like your chassis. ...er, I mean sub-frame and tattered, like your boot carpet. But it's free to a good home (Newbie, please) for the cost of shipping and that won't be much since it can go media mail.

I believe it to be all there, (even if some of us aren't) except for the phantom view drawing on the first page. I even think all the electrical drawings are intact as well.

Again, really rough, but free to a good home.

Didn't want to post it in the for sale section because... wait for it..... it doesn't have a price.

EDIT: I'd really like this to go to someone who has a +2 that they are currently working on without a manual. To be fair to all, I'll give it a week and see who chimes in. Please PM me about it.

Hi,
You have probably moved it on by now but I don't have one, muddling along with the help on line . I am in Melbourne Australia. I bought a plus 2, must be a year ago now. LOOKED good new paint new interior. Bought a hoist for it too and its been on it ever since. But its fun isn't it.
regards Neil

Bud, let it be said that you're a good man. :D

And a thoughtful gift for some Plus 2 gearhead like us

Regards,

Randy

ps. I do have a manual already, so no vested interest here on my part. :|

Neil, Yes, it's great fun if you don't weaken. :D I still have the manual. I said I'd give it a week to see who might need one for current project. You have a PM. If the postage to AU is to your liking, it's yours.

Randy, it's just a small payback for all the help I've received here. I was lucky in '78. When I bought my car from the first owner it came with a manual. Good thing too as I've always done my own vehicle maintenance. There was no lotuselan.net forums to go to for info and empathy or praises and criticism. The manual along with the on line info makes it so much easier.

Quick update: Not only can't you ship internationally using Media Mail but the workshop manual doesn't qualify because it's not a bound book. The only loose-leaf books that qualify are "Loose-leaf pages and their binders consisting of medical information for distribution to doctors, hospitals, medical schools, and medical students".

Go figure..... No such thing as a free lunch or discount delivery of a workshop manual. :(
