Quizz !Dasboard warning Light - What is it?

I continue the long winded re-commissioning of my 1968 Plus 2 and despite taking lots of pictures, i missed noting what the lower blue warning light is. In the manual it is obscured by the steering wheel.
Incidentally, both new loom and dash were supplied by Paul Mattey, so I am sure the warning light is correct, just like my original dash. My car had Fog Lights fitted but I am not sure whether its to do with those?
Any clues of what it is and how its wired?
Thank

Hi Peter,
My car is the +2s so slightly different. Does yours have a heated rear screen? My blue light is the warning light for the rear screen.

Hi
my +2 is a 68 too, I don't have this blue light, I would say it had been added by a previous owner
I also have the fog lights added. Probably after a repairing of the front end.
Maybe your light was put to warn for these ?

Hi Franck,
My car is Chassis No745 so a few hundred cars newer than yours. The new dash came from Paul Mattey a few months back with the hole pre-drilled for the blue light, so am guessing it was original. I think the early cars went through quite a lot of "evolving" and its fascinating to know how things may have changed over the production life.
Thanks and best regards
Peter
