Looking for a winter project?

I bought my first Lotus last year and I've spent a fair amount of time reading these forums! The car had been in storage since 1992 and the previous owner had got it running and MOT'd. It needs a general tidy up and the bodywork in particular needs a reasonable amount of work so this summer I only put 6 months tax on it thinking that in January '11 I'd take it off the road and do the bodywork.
The 'problem' is that my wife is now pregnant and I have a feeling that my time and money are no longer going to be available for the car next year and it seems a shame for it to sit on the drive waiting for a paint job.
I assume I'd get more money for it if I sell it next spring/summer but I thought that there might be a Lotus fan looking to buy a car for a project in the new year to prep it for the summer.

Full service by Lotus garage various new bits since July '09.
