Some pictures of the first few coats of clear laquer on the colour coats. Looks a bit bright, but then again it should. The roof needs to be rubbed down and given another polish. The team at Option1 have done a great job. Doors and other panels still to do in colour coat, but the fit is really good; better than original - see separate topic in +2 section....

That is really going to look very nice indeed when finished.
I always liked that colour scheme.
It's good to see another +2 being refurbished, far too many being stripped these days.
Hope to see it in the flesh someday.
