Help please - is this from a +2 and if so were they the same on all models? (garage tidy up time on a wet day)

Thanks, just found some pictures of the rear of a +2 and see they are different - any idea what it is off ?

It looks Italian to me, possibly 60's Alfa or Lancia...

We are going to a classic car event at Laon in France on Friday - was going to take a photo of the bumper to see if any match it but you saved me having to do that now !
