Thinking of putting a Lumenition system in my '71 +2s 130/4
From previous posts it seems that several people have put Lumenition systems in, both Optronic and Magnetronic.
Does anyone have any advice on which system suits best, pros and cons of each. Should I go Optronic or Magnetronic and why.....

I have optronic on my Sprint and I am very happy with it.
You will hear of problems with the rev counter needle moving erratically.
This can be reduced if you are careful where you take the power feed from. (IIRC)

The magnetronic is a neater install as it fits entirely inside the dizzy. I had one fitted to my S4 for 3 years before installing a 123 dizzy.

Have just fitted an Aldon Ignitor to TC, having previously fitted one to my Caterham that's been totally reliable. Would recommend, these are magnetic as opposed to optical so no lenses/sensors to get dirty and it all fits inside the dizzy cover with only two wires to connect to coil.
