Is there anyone out there working on a Zetec conversion who fancies meeting up at Stoneleigh to compare notes/experience?

How come all the Zetec conversions seem to go into +2's and not the "baby" elans...........

Nial, sounds great.
How about meeting at noon by the Club Lotus stand (by the Elan net sign if there is one). My car's a long way off still so I'll be in my old alfa.
I'll be wearing a black leather jacket and jeans (and greying hair etc). Other welcome to join us!

John,
+2 donors are readily available and cheap. Baby elans are more valuable and more worth restoring to original form.
Also the Spyder conversion for +2s has been around for a while.

Spyder will have a rolling chassis and zetec on display apparently, after Stoneleigh it will be winging it's way upto Merseyside for my brothers Elan Sprint body to be fitted.
