Ken is unfailingly calm, competent and helpful even at the expense of making his wife wait while he helped a hapless idiot get back on the road.

I know the forum has sung the praises of Sue Miller over and over, and I suggest we have an equally precious gem in our Ken. He has kept the ship upright at Dave Bean Engineering since Dave's passing and we are so thankful he is there.
