Quote X country. "The worst thing for these cars is to sit and I am on a crusade to not let that happen."

Brilliant, and he puts his car where his mouth is!! What an example to us all. I am trying to keep up but this years tour of Europe and last years for that matter have had to be cancelled so that's around 10K not done.

Ferry to Bellagio on Lake Como.

Agreed and I think you're right, touring the continent won't be possible till perhaps next spring.

A couple of years ago I did 250 miles in an Elan on a really hot day with the top down, at the end of it I was fried. All credit to you and Ross :D

Bravo Ross! Quite the undertaking and seriously envious I wasn’t trailing behind you the entire way. Read every posting each day and admired your fortitude to reach the next destination. More importantly, you maintained a very positive attitude the entire trip, no matter what took place (as I personally noted when we changed out your upright/bearing carrier).

Now rest and enjoy the lifetime of memories!

Mazzers - well done! We once did 800 miles in a day top down and were we tired by the time we reached our hotel!!! A few vinos soon put that right!! D

For a bet in Portugal to get through the gap and into the hall of the hotel!! The owner lost a bottle of red!! Very narrow these motorcars.......
