The picture two low resolution to see the codes.
They look to have a vacuum take off, bolt/nut for securing the venturi's and blue colour on the W which makes me think these are 40 DCOE151 which are the replacement type available new.
They should be fine for a twin cam (i have set on mine) and don't need a castled nut.
