Hi , have tried contacting Sue numerous times by email and phoning but only once got a reply then tired to place an order but no reply again . Gave up bought some bits from SJS . How do you buy parts from her ?

Never had a problem ordering bits from Sue, unlike some of the other vendors. I just call her, she doesn't do email, we have a discussion on what I need and the parts nearly always arrive the next day. Brilliant service!

She does do email, but she tends to only check the emails once a day. :) Sometimes you'll find it easier to email her because she may be busy in the carpet room or have customers here (ah, remember the days when we had customers visit - it already seems so long ago!!)
