I much nicer day this year but sadly less in the way of Lotus.

Glad you enjoyed - that was me in the white S3. I cooked the clutch on the first run, went too gingerly on the second but nailed the third I think :-)

I did spot this crazy blue thing in the carpark - any ideas??

The blue car is a Nova, owned by a friend of mine who also has a Lotus Europa S2 and a single seater Formula Ford with a Twin Cam in it - the Nova has been re-engined and re-engineered to fit a Lotus Twin Cam out of an Elan in the back, hence it's Lotus nose badge. No 1200cc Beetle engines here, apparently it is quite quick......
