yes the Elan made it!

I think I would prefer to take an Elan on a European road trip, perhaps Italy... :P

Been there , got the T-shirt , Manchester to the Scalea ( Napolis Blackpool , spent a week there with the In-laws then a weeks drive back,best road trip I've done ( except for the three weeks camper van trip down to the southern tip of Italy ).

Since the Amazon adventure I believe the Elan has now returned from a visit to Norway and the Artic Circle.
Peter or Alison may post sometime to say where they are heading off to next which will be quite an adventure.

John, I've only ever driven from North Wales to Milan, then Milan to Tuscany and across to Rimini.
(not in an Elan though - it was in a battered old Peugeot but I still enjoyed it!)

"Coupe" Peter and Alison are far more adventurous than I would be, Europe will be enough for me!

"The Veg" I've just googled the Road of Bones.... :shock:
