Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

I saw a reference to the title of this article in one old post here on the forums, but didn't see the actual article itself in the Magazine section. Tried to create a new Magazine article, but didn't have the authority, so I thought I'd post the scanned article here for those who may be interested.

Not sure if there are copyright issues with posting old magazine articles - I'm assuming someone here will let me know if there's an issue.
