Nutty Assistance in Texas

Lotus Family, I have a question to ask if I may. I recently sold a S4 to a new enthusiast in New Braunfels, TX. He is going to build it for an elderly friend. When I delivered the car which has knock off wheels, he asked about the possibility of having three eared knock offs instead of the Octagon Nuts. I said we could trade and I'd send him a set I have here in Atlanta once I get back home. That's all well and good but he doesn't have any way to remove the Octagon Nuts to send back to me. Might be silly to spend $130 to $150 for the tool to only use it once. My question is this:

Is there anyone that lives close to New Braunfels TX that owns such a tool and can help him get the nuts removed?

Also, please keep in mind all of our friends in the TX area. They are about to get hammered from the hurricane. I hope everyone makes it through this weather unscathed.

Frank

Surely a large "monkey wrench" ( do you call it that?) with some cloth around the nut to protect it, would do the job. Borrow or hire one.

I'd be surprised if his local garage that services large trucks doesn't have a socket and wrench that would fit. Surely he can arrange a loan with a suitable security deposit for an hour?

I am near by but don't have the tool. I believe there is a member, tr8bofin, in San Antonio that might have the tool. Maybe drop him a pm.

I think Austin is getting of light with the weather only had ~4" at my house but looks like it is going to carrying raining for some time. Probably enough to cause problems for the f1 today.
