Malta - an Elan there? (Urgent please)

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is an Elan on the island of Malta please?

My Mum (now aged 74) fully rebuilt one many years ago. It was sold and shipped to Malta.

She is, as I type this, in Malta on holiday and although a long-shot, perhaps it is still on the island.
She'd LOVE it see it again if it is.

Any ideas please people?

Never heard of one there.

Ask Club Lotus, they may have a member there who might know.

A user here by the i.d. of Over Steer has one.

Obviously a few years ago so maybe it's now the museum car or he sold it.

Thank you for posting the museum photos. It's not her Elan but it would have been a terrific coincidence if it was hers because a friend's wife is called Pum, the registration plate of the car on show.

For anyone interested, I have an update about the white 2+2 at the museum.
It was sold 2 years ago to a Maltese.
I was told this by email directly with the museum.
