Advice & Help on Elan 91 SE

Good Afternoon,
Hope you are all well!
I've been offered a 1991 Elan SE 1.6 Turbo for what seems a great price of ?900.
The car itself hasn't been used for 3 years, but ran fine before that. Not MOT or insurance. It has achieved ~ 80,000 miles. I'm yet to see the car, its located in Bournemouth and I will be going to visit over a weekend in the upcoming month or two.
Paintwork & Bodywork are apparently all in good condition (no dents/rust). The only notable fix required mentioned by the seller is that it needs a new window for the roof, as it does not have one.
So my questions are really the following:
1) What are peoples initial thoughts on the Price?
2) Can some of the experts tell me what I should be paying particular attention to when viewing the car?
3) Does anyone own a garage which handles repairs/restoration that would be willing to view the car with me, and provide me with a professional opinion on any fixes required?
4) Anyone advise on initial costs I'll be expected to encounter?
I probably have a lot more questions but that will do as a start!
Thanks for your time.
James
