Hi All,
Just wanting to drop this message in here ...
I started a few threads about two seat Elan and Plus
Two routes to ownership over the last couple or
three months. My budget is limited.
I had desperately wanted to start my first Lotus journey
In a two seat Elan , or a Plus Two car.
Realistically , I think my budget isn't there to achieve this
to a level I'd be happy with and could afford to keep the
car on the road and useable at all times.
So, not too reluctantly you'll understand... , my first Lotus,
Is an S1 Elise as it seems to be a car which is authentic Lotus
and offers a life less high (???) maintenance, .
-----
It's an Azure Blue with light cream leather interior. Collecting her this week.
------
You'll know it's me if you see it, there'll be a fifty plus year old
Craggy faced git sat in it with the biggest smile you've ever seen, ha ha !
------
Hope to catch a few of you good folks at a
meet or track day soon
Thanks again, this is a fab resource
you have here, it really is excellent, keep it up !
So once again , MANY THANKS for all the info, advice,
and chat, and for the record I really aim to return
one day with the funds to buy a sixties Lotus.
One day !!!
