David - pleased to meet.
Lots of bits from Tony Thompson, all the suspension, manifold & exhaust system, radiator, LSD & solid drive shafts (Tony built the LSD ....... beyond me!) 26R seat. Most of the other parts came from Paul Matty, hard top, oil cooler, solid rack mounts, LSD brace, & plenty of other small items over the years. Engine was built by John Smurthwaite. Front brakes are +2. Replacement Lotus chassis came from Miles Wilkins ...... close on 25 years ago! Other restoration parts from Pat Thomas & Spyder ........ all the usual suspects ........ & ebay / auto jumbles of course!
Mostly put together by myself, but the suspension was set up by a local professional race preparation business.
Good luck with finding an S1/2, don't appear for sale too often, though there is an S2 on ebay right now.
