Hi all can any one identify this side mirror and a source if possible. It's not an Italian one as I could not see any identity marks/brands on it. I have seen it on a few Elans and the odd Europa! Thank you in anticipation.

Looks like a Sebring Mach 1 mirror. That was the name back in the day. Today, they're plastic and are called by another name but fairly abundant on ebay, but can't seem to find one at the moment. I'm sure someone will chime in with a proper i.d. of this mirror.

mmm.....
that's what I thought......but then I thought it looks a bit too 'pointy'......
thought the sebring was a bit more rounded to the leading edge.....

Something similar looking used to be sold by "Les Leston" in the early 70's

Hi all I think its closer to the Les Leston one. The Sebring one shown is their Mack I model, however they do have another. The problem is the one on my Sprint has no makers markings and from my research all the others do!have a makers stamp and this one is metal/chrome. I'm after another for the left side but don't to end up with two different Mirrors.
I only drilled one hole as I used the existing one for the rain cover.

Trouble when you buy stuff way back then and your memory does not keep up!

Regards

Dean Sprint.

The maker's mark may be cast into the base.
