I understand Elans are going to parked to the left just inside the main entrance in the Lotus Clubs section - see link to map on website.

I see the Elan parade laps are 1.35pm. Qualifying for the Elan race is after 6.00pm so I may miss that.
Lap of Brands Hatch GP circuit on Saturday
We've been able to confirm today that all Lotus owners will be able to take their Lotus onto the famous GP circuit for 2 laps on the Saturday. The Elans will lead a parade to celebrate 50 years and a few seconds behind will follow the Cortina's before other Lotus. There's a minimum age of 14 for passengers, crash helmets won't be required. The laps will be run behind a safety car.

I'll be there on the Sunday - racing my green Elan S1. I'm not sure what number I'll be yet, but it's green with white stripes. Oh yes, and I'll be starting from the back of the grid as I can't make qualifying on Saturday night as I'm conducting the proms at the Albert Hall (well watching them at least!).
It would be good to meet up with anyone from this forum.

I will be there on the Saturday in my yellow +2. Hopefully +2's count for the parade lap.
Look forward to meeting as many of you as I can
Dave Chapman.

I'm looking forward to the racing on Sunday - as I said, I'll be starting from the back. Hoping for a repeat of the start I made at Croft two weeks ago, but I need a better finish.
