We went to park up after the run but after all the 'pushes' we decided it was safer to go home rather than get stuck again TOH had an Essay to write and since we had been at Silverstone since Friday afternoon I though it was 'safer' to drive her home... Got home, let the car cool down and she started up first time. Perhaps converting to an alternator is not such a bad idea ...

Carl, were you going southbound on the A43 near Silverstone at about 11:30 on Friday? I saw a yellow sprint...

I touched down at Heathrow at about 9am & thought about going to Silverstone on my way up to Nottingham but it was raining very hard so thought better of it...
