for those in the uk.....that motoring programme '5th GEAR'.....I was very supprised last night to see and even better still hear spoken about our beloved elan......it was only a quick one though as it was part of a piece on how nuts the japanese are about thieir cars etc and they showed and made reference to the elan and showed classics being restored and maintained in a huge car 'heaven' I suppose
just incase you see the repeat IIRC it was at about 40mins in.....
you'll need to be quick though!!!

He might even want to buy it I read an interview with him a while back and he was saying he was looking for an Elan to do Sunday drives with (although I think he said a Sprint)

Pehaps mine would sway him to a Plus 2.... then again maybe not

Seeing what he does with the cars he tests I reckon I should run a mile if he asked fo a go
