Hello, I'm assisting a long standing friend complete the rebuild of a S2 Lotus Elan. The body was removed from the chassis and substantial gelcoat repairs completed. The body is back on the chassis and some of the wiring loom installed but there is a lot of detail stuff to complete. The car was raced for many years with many period racing modifications to engine (including dry sump), suspension, wider wheels and minor mudguard flares etc. We are not aiming for a concours car, just aiming to get it into good driving condition for weekend enjoyment.

Hi Leigh, welcome, I’m a fellow Elan owner in Sydney’s Northern Beaches with many years owning and restoring Elans including a few S1 and S2.
