Hi - sorry I dont know the spring rates. I got so fed up with skinning my knockles tryong to get to the starter motor, etc that I thought I'd swap to the Spyder chassis. Also the sill members needed replacing before an unfortunate jacking event occured, so going with Spyder sill members as well.
