Owned a Europa S2 when I was 18, now 58, remember going to a lotus meeting after getting her back on the road feeling so proud, looking back the wide tyres, gold dralon seat centres and door cards plus the sunroof that I put in must have made the other owners cringe, me to now.
I am an Aerospace automation engineer, and have rebuilt an elite, excel, esprit, TVR Chimaera, and still own a TVR Tuscan. Always wanted an Elan, beautiful to look at, bags of character, and a hoot to drive, amazing for 50 years young.
