Lotus Elan and Lotus Elan Plus 2 Forums

Hello everyone

My name is Daniel and someone has implanted Lotus DNA when I was born. This Lotus DNA has brought me two Elise S1 and 1 Exige S1 (I still own the Exige). Over 15 years and more than 100'000 KM pure joy, what a lucky man I am!
Our longest trip with the Exige was Barcelona in 2008, http://virtualhelvetia.ch/bcn/story/, out latest was the Mille Miglia in 2014 (will post pictures later).

I have previously owned many other cars, such as Lancia Y10 Turbo, Ford Granada, several Mazda MX-5, Toyota Crown, Volvo 343 (don't laugh, it's trans axle!), Toyota Corolla 4x4, Ford Bronco, and a 1979 Mercedes W123 hearse.... etc.

My wife shares my passion (most of the time :twisted:

), so what more can I ask from life? Super-wife, super-car, happyness and healthiness? (Maybe an Elan...?)

Now I hope to find some informations here about my other dreamcar, the Elan! Cheers, Daniel

I am interested especially in you participation of the Mille Miglia, with which car did you use ?? None of the mentioned seemed an "appropiate" car ...

Hi Guillermo, we went to Italy with my Exige S1, that's why I did not participate, we were spectators only ;-)

If it is of any interest, we can open a Mille Miglia thread. I have lots of information for anyone interested, where to stay, what to see etc. If not, I can give you these information via e-mail.
