New member looking for my old car! VOY 211

Hi there,

Just joined this site and trying to track down the current owner of my dad's old car that he built and ran over 30 years ago!
I have checked with the DVLA and the car is still taxed and mot'ed so is still being used today the reg number is VOY 211 Lotus Elan does anyone recognize the number plate or the car and does anyone know who currently owns it?
I would love to track down the current owner and see what the car is like now.
Hopefully someone might be able to help me out?

Might be worth giving a Club Lotus a shout and see if they have a record of it.

Good thing is the unusual plate so hopefully it will stand out.

This is showing up as being first registered on 14 Oct 1968. It would therefore be helpful if you were to let us know what type of Elan it was your father had, please? Elan or +2? And although it's a long shot, the VIN would be helpful too.
