new on the forum

Hello to everybody! i am new on this forum. My name is pierre,i live in south of france and i am retired.My Lotus is a S3 Elan That i own since 9 years.I have also a AH Sprite since...42 years and a french Panhard PL17. My interest is mechanic and my other hobby is competition control-line model airplanes since 50 years.I bought the Elan in poor condition...but poor "only" for the body, the assembly, electrical etc;;; Engine and gearbox , all the driving train were perfect; It has Spyder front and rear wishbones. I have found a 3,55 final drive, new(really) on ebay. Very nice car! Not for sale, sorry! frienly! Pierre

Welcome to the forum.
As already mentioned there are quite a few Elan owners in France and on this forum.
Co incidentally I recently supplied some parts for an Elan that's being rebuilt and then shipped to South of France.
So watch out there is another Elan heading your way.
