After 33 years.....

I owned a 71 S4SE from 72-80 but lived in the southeast and with the heal, humidity, plus monsoon summer rain, found it not the best climate for living with DHC Elan. Now, retired, and after 33 years of thinking about another Elan, I have found a '66 S2, just acquired. It is an original, unrestored car, carefully kept in this state by 3 previous owners. It will need a light mechanical restoration to keep it original. That will start later this year. I have already found tons of great ideas and solutions here on LE.net.
