Fascinating for the history. It includes RAF Bawdsey where the radar systems were developed.

I used to swim and sail in view of Bawdsey Manor in the 50s and passed it for two trips to Ostend in a 18' yacht in the early 60s. The 350 foot radar masts were still there and could be seen for miles out to sea.
