It makes one wondered why one bothered at times!
Send the first one off to the new world with all good hopes and wishes. Sure he was a bit - well padded - had a tendency to wear strange clothes. But still he had out hopes up. Defended him tirelessly against the old Frenchies. What did it get us? Throws a tantrum about some perfectly reasonable requests for a few small reimbursment of all our expenses. Chucks all the groceries in the harbour for some strange reason.
No 2 ! Well what can you say? A dubious character from the start. (Secretly I always had my doubts about were he came from. Had a remarkable resemblance to the gamekeeper as I recall!) Mother tried but failed to get either to speak properly or even spell sometimes. Sent No2 off on a long, all expenses paid holiday and still all they do is complain.
Kids these days - I can only say again - why do we bother?

A few harmless insults every now and then are good. Stops the forum from becoming too bland and boring plus it provides relief from the discussions about cam cover oil leaks. You can tell I'm really bored working from home!
