Gosh! Showing your age Vince.... my father told me about the Corona soft drinks delivery lorries that frequented London suburbs, I don’t remember them, before my time :mrgreen:

We had Bon Accord soft drinks in Scotland. Same idea. Just looked it up and they closed in 2000 but have recently relaunched still as a family business. Cream soda was my particular favorite. Thanks for posting the original photo!

You got a whole bottle? By gum you lucky buggers! Father'd cum 'ome after a 28 hour shift and we'd get a mug of pond water with separate straws. Eee 'ow we used to treasure them straws.

As a kid i liked feeding the Ginger Beer in the Jam Jar each day with a Teaspoon of sugar.
About once a Week bottle some Ginger Beer and hope the Bottles didn't explode :shock:
