Avoid this "business"

I recently had to do a bit of work on a Honda Jazz that entailed new discs / calipers / pads etc.

This bunch supplied the calipers with a ?36 surcharge against each being returned for restoration.
Fair enough.

They first maintained they only received 1. Which, as I sent back both in one box, seems unlikely. They demanded proof of weight - I supplied the postage slip.

They then apologised and promised a refund and then promptly took another payment instead!

So I'm back in the position of getting neither refunded.

The "customer service" line is constantly engaged. They still appear to be trading.

Rumour is they are thinking of branching out into classic car restoration.

I ordered 5 litres of brake cleaner from this company, they sent 5 litres of Shell Helix oil.

After phoning them they sent the cleaner and told me to keep the oil!
