The a small estate in Wymondham, not far from the Lotus factory with a few street names after the Lotus models. Includes "Elan Close".
Not as strange as finding a Elan themed name in the US thou.

Does it say 2.5 baths?
What use is half a bath? It wouldn't hold any water! Or is this some peculiar American usage?

It's a peculiar US real estate listing term. Half bath means there is a sink (wash basin) and a toilet. A full bath includes a tub and shower.

So when I wish to use the loo I should ask for the 0.5 bathroom.... and what then is a washroom? Is that a bathroom with no bath or shower or is it a bathroom in a restaurant?

I doubt that it has any inspiration from Lotus cars, but I've been noticing these upscale apartments popping up in a few places:

I had a photo published in CL magazine years ago of my old Sprint parked under a Magnolia tree in full bloom next to the street sign Elan Road. Its situated less than 2 miles from me. There's no Lotus connection to the name though - it's near a resevoir and is actually named after the Elan Valley and resevoir in mid Wales.
Think the photo is on an old PC - if my brain doesn't get muddled I'll try to add it here later!
Found it:

And then there's the ultimate: I have a friend whose name is ?lan. Her parents said she was not named after the car, but as she was born in 1970 I suppose some influence was possible. No Loti in her family, although her parents did once have a Stag, which she drove for a bit in the '90s. They had a Maserati Mistral too but that's another story.
