Not an Elan but an electric Toyota 2000GT.. Yes somebody converted a very rare 2000GT to an electric car!!

I have never seen a Toyota 2000 chassis before. I did not realise the similarities with the Elan.

Me neither. A quick Google says that Toyota bought an Elan and an E-type and basically copied what they liked.
