This would only happen if your box of tricks had wifi or gsm. Mine certainly doesn't and I doubt anyone on here with EFI has that function.

This is really old news. GM's OnStar had the capability to do what has been described in our "Up to Date News" for over 15 years. Hacking was just a matter of time.
