Can anyone tell me the HC ppm and CO% limits for cars in California at idle and 3000 rpm.

Keep in mind though, anything 1974 and older is exempt from routine inspection (IIRC).

Thanks for the replies. OK here is why. I want to Fir a Roush Pahse 2 Supercharger to my 2013 5.0 Litre V8 Mustang. However, I need to get the car through the UK IVA test when I bring it back to the UK. So I thought if I were to use the Californian emission standard (being the toughest) and knowing that the UK have a CO of <= 0.2 and HC of 200 ppm then ai have some numbers to work with...
