I've been emailed and offered an Elan (M100) or bits located in Dubai by a Guido Mercati/Fawkes - joined yesterday, no posts.

I received an uninvited email yesterday, replied out of curiosity, and got these pictures:

Did a google image search and nothing came up so it doesn't seem to be a stolen image - not that, that means much.

However - i don't think it rains very much or at all in Dubai so why is the floor wet in that image?

It is also under cover - Perhaps it has just been washed. ....Although it does have a UK reg plate

Looks like a RHD S2 - probably worth more whole than in parts.
Should be LHD in Dubai so could be an ex-pat car.
