A 5.0 Litre V8 420 Hp Gas Guzzler of A Mustang GT with California Pack. FANTASTIC

Yeah you will fit right in

Just remember when you get pulled over by the police in Houston keep your hands on the wheel in plain sight - they used to get very twitchy if they cant see your hands when I lived there!!!

cheers
Rohan

Mark, nice car, you'll love it! Keep right and shiny side up. Well, that last part's just like home. :D

In my three years living in Suffolk, I only strayed to the wrong side of the road once. Two years in country, I made a three point turn around on a narrow country lane and promptly went down the wrong side of the road. I was in my left hand drive +2 and I still claim that as my excuse (Yeah, my co-piloting ex-wife didn't buy it either).

...Rohan's right on both counts. You'll get stopped and keep 'em where they can see them.

Mark,
If you want something to do Saturday morning, and not far from you either, Lotus Owners of South Texas are meeting at Kenny & Ziggy?s Deli, 2327 Post Oak between San Felipe and Westheimer.

Years ago roaring back from Houston to Alexandria Louisiana near midnight one hot summer night in my non air conditioned car, lights appeared from nowhere quickly from behind; thinking it was illegal to drive without shoes, I bent down to put my shoes on while slowing to a stop for the police - highly not recommended...! fortunately I was still running on my cdn plates, and had a 'different' accent..... :)

Excellent, see you there. I'll be in my scruffy Green Elise, with my missus too. I meant to tell you 10am meet time.
