Winter rebuild 5

Dear All
The engine is back together with new pump module,just needs oil and the head torquing down....

Gearbox is on the bench ready for a refresh...

Salut John

That looks clean - after shot ?

Question: how do you yourself remove/install - engine and gearbox bolted together then install, or install gearbox and then engine ?

White spirit and a brush..makes it a cleaner job to dismantle...

Always split the engine and gearbox in the chassis...it's lighter and easier

This is a before shot,have to fix the quick-shift extension,all bearings?,reversing light switch,sticking reverse gear and test/fit the flywheel bearing housing....
