I don't know about this for an Elan, Bud...it maxes out at 102 RPM, and with my gearing that is only about 2 miles per hour.

Yeah, you're probably right. I'm sure the exhaust note isn't nearly as satisfying either.

Good one Bud. I don't think the starter motor would fit into an Elan.
